All 3 RTX 3060 become ga106 [geforce rtx 3060 lhr] after update Nvidia driver to 470.86. However, it didn’t effect RTX 3070 Ti FE.
did they show properly before? what kernel are you on?

I would do a hive-replace -s To update everything. It sounds like your driver install may have went wrong.
nvidia-driver-update 495.44
will update remove rig.config file?
nope that stays untouched
Just type in nvidia-driver-update and it should take you back to 470.86
better to just do hive-replace incase something is corrupted
