Riser multiplier problem

hello everyone

i have a riser multiplier, before i close the rig for cleaning i can use 5 card on my mb. 4 of on riser multiplier 1 of directly mb. after cleaning when i start the system, riser multiplier run just first slot working other slots shows “malfuntion”

i try to reset bios and enable above 4g and try one by one pci speed gen1,gen2 and auto nothing change.

another issue i have another mb mini itx has one x16 slot. when i try on this card multiplier working all slot without any problem

does anybody face this problem.

try adding one card at a time, leave pcie gen on 1. splitters are hit or miss with different systems.
