Rig keep reboot after add new card

Hi
My OS is running normally, shows 5 Navida Gpu and 1 AMD GPU each run.
But when it starts mining, the system automatically reboots each time.
No Error message. And I lower my overclocking but still not works. Below please see my configurations.
Use phoenixMiner as miner. Thank you
