i had to flash my usb for my rig, added the rig.conf file and when i power in my rig im prompted for api server and rig id/password, which i enter and is telling me are the incorrect credentials. I checked it twice and appreciate the help keaton!!! 
look like when i added the new rig i didnt take into account a new rig id and password. found it and back up and running! happy minning!
