I’m interested in the practical hardware changes involved, especially with RTX 30-series or newer cards:
- Did you need to replace the mining motherboard or move away from PCIe x1 risers?
- How much did the CPU, RAM and SSD need upgrading?
- Did you build separate PCs from the GPUs, or find a practical way to use several cards in one system?
- What problems did you encounter with drivers, cooling or streaming latency?
I’m mainly looking for firsthand experiences: what worked, what needed replacing, and whether the conversion was worth the effort compared with selling the equipment.
