Two workers are always supposed to be free — it’s written in the info. But I’ve had only two GPU workers for a year now, and today I got a message saying that my funds are running out and that I need to pay. WTF?
Why am I being charged for two workers that are mining RVN on the Hive pool?
What can I do?

can you post a screenshot of your entire history from the point where it went from free to charged?
I used to have four mining rigs and was, of course, paying for all four. Then I shut down two of them, and they’ve been off for several weeks now. So I currently only have two rigs running, and I thought that meant the service was free. But yesterday, I received a message saying that my balance is low.
If you ever have 3 or more rigs running you get moved to the paid tier, (remote access sharing, longer stats, etc) and if you turn all but 2 rigs or less off it does not automatically disable the paid features, you need to toggle the paid features toggle under billing to off to do this.
