Problems with the worker

Hey guys evertime i try to connect my rig my worker dosent show up on hiveos (im trying to mine ravencoin with a 8 3090 and 1 3080) i already mined other coins but for now it doesent work and i already deleatet all other workers but nothing help can someone help me? please
