Please help if anyone came across this before
Asus Prime z490-a
12x 6700xt
When i add last card rig boots with one card displaying init failed for remaining 11 cards.
Works happily with 11 cards when 12th card is connected motherboard acts normally during boot, all cards spin than one by one stop their fans etc. hiveos boots and detects 12 cards but only card no1 is working and all others are marked as failed.

have you run out of PCI-E lanes? What CPU are you using? 11,12,13x GPUs is usually where you might run out of lanes.
I am using two splitters which means up to 8 cards use literally just two PCIE lanes.
12 cards are visible in hiveos but fail to initialize and last night i tried another mining OS (minerstat) and that works with 12 cards
issues is with driver versions or something along these lines within hiveos
I checked in BIOS and it recognises all 12 cards there too
