all setup on windows running fine there is no problem with risers or power supply or cables. Hive detect cards but when should start mining on any miners not only on nbminer comes with no gpu

should be fine, are you able to use them for display output in their current config? does 1 card by itself work?
display output working but not any of them start mining even one by one
have you tried a fresh install of the latest stable image? you can use hive-replace -s in shell
also, i would set OCs, no oc =bad oc
