Has anyone used a 15-Pin SATA male to 6-Pin PCI-E connector on their GPU while mining? I get it that it is not recommended but, I would like to know what happened to you.
Lots of people are, doesnt mean you should. Pcie spec is up to 75w can be drawn from the slot. The sata connector is rated for 54w. Best practice to just use 6 pin pcie to power risers.
