Check your stales statistics for a spike over 5%. You may need to open up your pool statistics to 1M to see it.
Such a spike will lock your account and you’ll need to request it to be unlocked.
Your “average” is 2.5%+1% which means it is highly likely your account was locked from a spike in stales/invalids.
