Was the transaction sent and never received? Or was it never sent?
If the latter, did you have 5% or more stales/invalids at any time since your last payout? If so, your account is likely banned until manual review. Send an email to [email protected] with your info/issue or start a support chat on the main hiveon.com and tell them the issue, as long as everything checks out they should be able to get you unlocked and processed
