I’ve been over .10 of 1 ETH for 3 days now and i’m not getting paid. What gives??
did your account go over 5% stales at any time? if so your account is probably banned. have you sent an email to [email protected] with your info to unlock?
I just emailed. over 5% stale at any point? I think I found one 10 min period where I was 4 to 38. Maybe that?
Still no payment and no response from the support team
Payments are only processed once per day, as long as you sent the relevant info and everything is as you said you should just need to wait.
