P106-090 6GB ETC/ETH Help

I have 2x P106-090 6GB Samsung to play with. I didn’t make any tuning, because i can’t find the best values, but I am only getting the following;
11MH - ETH per card
18MH - ETC per card

Why are my values so low? Is it better for me to mine ETC or ETH on that basis - given i have high electricity cost

tuning is trial and error, you have to see what works best. use whattomine.com to plug in your power draw and hasrates to see whats most profitable for you
