Overclock problem + rx6900 xt

What do you think is my problem?
I have a good hash rate when the MEMis 1066 . But the MEM of some cards can not be set less than 2000 because they have a sharp drop in hash rate.

Unfortunately, upgrading to the latest version does not solve the problems and even my rig used higher power consumption.

run the amd-info in console and see the results. it will show you all cards and their clock speeds and see if they actually run at 1066 or 2300

so after seeing the result, my opinion is to use the OC settings of GPU 1 to all the XFX cards.
Core: 1300 MHz 781mV, Mem: 1066 MHz - use the exact numbers here and see what happens

Core: 50°C, HotSpot: 55°C, Mem: 60°C, Fan: 23%, RPM: 792 - i prefer here to set it to 50% or to leave it on autofan function setting the target temp to 50+ and see if it can hold it and if it is under 80% its ok. i dont prefer to use the fan speed 100% because they damage faster.
the below settings are optional. i dont think you will need them when you set the settings above.

back up first your current OCs or write them down on a paper and them try to make changes if you want. start 1 by 1 the cards and see what happens.

remove the power limit, you have the core voltage set so power limit is not needed. and make core voltage 781. i see you have set some voltages to 640 but in reality this is too low and they are running 781 anyway. so set them to 781.

as far as i know , mems work on higher temps than core.
