Recently it comes to my attention that my system CPU was using only 1 out of 4 CPU cores of my Core2Quad Q6600. With this, the CPU temperature is about 10 degrees higher, the CPU usage is now about 34% (instead of 10% before) and the total power use has risen above 100W.
Is there any way to check with developers to check the possibility to fix this so it can use the 4 cores again?
Follow prints of the system with 4 CPU cores back in July/21 and as it is today, with only 1 core.
