Nvidia 3070 card failing

Nvidia 3070 cards 6 of them
OC settings are shown below
Trouble shooting steps:
- reset miner
- put complete new Hive os on the usb
- pushed new flight sheets
- pushed new OC and lowered the memory
- full shut down unplug and reset
none of these fixed the issue
