If I update my drivers using windows, then boot from HiveOS usb, are the drivers effectively updated?

Is there any need to update drivers with hiveOS in that case?
Currently drivers updated only with fresh OS image but users always can update drivers manually via instruction /hive-drivers-pack/README.txt.
Important notice: updating drivers by yourself ONLY if you really need this and know what to do.
