Nvidia cards aren't consuming enough power

I recently built an Nvidia 8 GPU 3090 rig. (I know it’s not the most cost-effective, but I didn’t choose the spec). I originally had six cards running fairly consistently at 120MH. But I added two new cards today, and they are performing much worse than the other cards. It appears that it’s because the new cards are only pulling 220 watts vs. the other cards drawing roughly 300w. The weird thing is when I boot the machine; all cards load up at 300w 120MH, but as soon as a couple of minutes go by, the two new cards plummet. Any Ideas?

5 minutes after boot:

Do you connect power to the new risers correctly? Seems like it missing 75w which pci-e is rated for.

May be also recheck all the cables, splitters and connectors aswell.

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked and all the power seems to be run just fine. I’ve also run into a new problem where once the machine goes for 5-10 minutes it slows down considerably. I should be able to hit about 120MH on all the cards and was without problem previously. But now only one card is able to stay anywhere near that number.
