Flash the latest stable image (you’re on an older beta image) with kernel 110
This will also upgrade the driver to 510.60, no need to manually do anything with the driver, leave it at 510.60
Your core clock seems a bit low, is that the lowest that maintains full hashrate?
Are you using lolminer or trex miner?If not try those.
I tried as advised. The result is worse.
lolminer and trex get to barely 25 Mh and keep reporting an error so I reverted to previous settings.
