Not sure what overclocks to use

I just replaced the thermal pads on one of my 3090’s but i have no idea what overclocks to use (gpu 2). When using these settings it starts off at around 120 mh/s but after a while it goes down to 114 mh/s.

I also haven’t been able to find a stable oc for one of my other cards (gpu 3), when using the same oc’s as the other cards, the core temp reaches around the 55-60.
What oc’s should I use for these cards?

Increase fan speed to 100%, 1130 core should be plenty to get you up to 125mh or so, And max memory that they will take, remove power limit as well.
