Non-Stable Mh Value - 5700xt and 580

Hello!

This is the mh value before inserting the 4th card on the left side. When I had 3 5700xt in my system, I was taking it to the left crystal. Then I added one 580 and there were changes in mh values. I can no longer get a stable mh value. Does anyone have this problem and know the solution?

you need to provide your build because this means nothing. it appears taht the right side is just zoomed to max.
