no matter what i do the hashrate will not go over 87 with 3080 msi ventus x3
try fan 80 mem 1600 pl 220
I`m using -200 Core 2200 mem 235PL and it goes around 97. Maybe u had bad silicon luck or u have far too low power limit, let me know if that helps
