I run hive on 3 rigs using an ASUS z270a prime mb which has 7 pcie slots and 2 m.2 slots. I purchased the XPLOMOS m.2 pcie adapters and hive recognizes all gpus and posts no issues.
My problem comes in that when I launch Hive the actual console/command terminal will not show. Linux/Unbuntu loads, amd configs and hive loads, and then nothing. If I unplug the cards on the m.2 adapter the console posts no problem. I can manage everything from my phone, but it was an issue if I need to run a freshrig (new ssd) or similar commands. It also could be a > 7 gpu issue? Any ideas?
