No hashrate info Rtx dualmining Eth + Ton

Hello i recently change from single mining to dual mining eth + ton and now i only can see the fan speed and temps of every card and watts are on ~300w on both minings pool im having the hashrate but i would like to have all the info in hiveos does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

i have another rig with gtx and some amd gpus and working fine idk why is not working on this rig
