Does lhr unlocker work? That’s non lhr hashrates. I thought all the new 12gb were lhr?
Try fan:100 core: 1380 mem:1550 and remove power limit.
Let me know how does perform…should be above 70mh/s.
Maybe you need a bios flash.
Or, your ram might throttle because of overheating.
Definitely hot ram, seen from your CPU temperature.
Why are you not ramping up fan speed?
fan is not the problem,i’ve checked on windows,i also tried +3000 mem,the ram temp is under 80.
Then other bios, or just playing with OC remains as solution.
For me 1550 memclock is like for you 3100.
Maybe that would be a solution?
go check your pool,not as high as you see. i’m still looking for the solution.
I just purchased an EVGA 3080 12GB graphics card and cannot get more than 54 MH without LHR being detected. This is what I have done so far…
Updated all drivers to 510.39.01 (card could not be detected until i did this)
Used lolminer and nbminer.
Started with no clocks and then implemented changes in core clock, mem clock, and PL.
I altered core clock from -200 to 1500 (1400 is the most stable)
I altered mem clock from 1800-2800 (2500 is most stable)
and I have altered PL from 150-300.
All changes to the clocks were done in small increments.
It took me about 4 hours of work to stabilize it at 54 MH but this is awful. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a different driver that I should be using? Any tricks or tips?

don’t run with lhr mode(turn off lhr mode)
You are absolutely right, Tommy by turning off the Unlock LHR settings I was able to achieve 61.5 MH.

Has anyone got better LHR unlock on 3080 12 GB so far ?
I’m getting 64 MH on 2 Asus TUG Gaming RTX 3080 12GB. My settings are core 1100 mem 2400 PL 260 (even though it’s actually just using 214W).
And I want to call out the OP. That pic he has with the over 100 MH is seen when you first start mining then it drops in a few seconds. Notice how he blacked out how long the mining uptime was? No one ever blacks out that info. No one is getting over 100 MH on these 3080 12GB.
