Need to Verify Account before I can refill

Hi, I am trying to refill my account. In the past, Due to some new regulation in my country, Coinbase and all other platform requires me to “Verfiy my address” by sending $1 to my Coinbase wallet.

Obviously I cant do that.

What can I do not to refill my account?

Try contacting your exchange/wallet and ask them what is needed for you to be able to send crypto to an external wallet address
