Need help -- Working GPU is not shown on HIVEOS

hi all,
i have set up a new mining rig with 3 cards that i had (2x3070, 1x3070ti) which were taken from another rig and one 3070 while is working (fans turning) it does not appear on hiveos.

my setup is mobo MSI Z390-A Pro, 8RAM and 850w Gigabuite gold. I have changed the riser and the cables, the PCI-e slot, updated HIVEOS and gpu drivers and still does not appear. Mobo settings have been updated for 4G decoding, GEN2.

any ideas?

Did you make it work? I ran into this problem 2x and it was because of the power insufficiency, like with 5 cards it worked then with a 6th card, the whole rig disappeared.

after a lot of troubleshooting i sendt the card to the retailer which spotted that the problem was on the card.
