Need help Invalid share issue

please help am worried i recently installed MSI 3070 am getting to much invalid hash because of this my efficiency is on 80 percent .
how can i fix this please tell me i tried with reducing memory clock from 2400 to 1900 but no luck .

my overclock settings are

memory clock 1800
core -200
fab 60
PL 124
