I am new at hiveon. Most of the time pool shows my worker offline. When it goes online after some time my worker status goes offline, whil its still mining, submitting work and pool accepting it.
Why is that so.
It’s possible your isp/router is blocking the needed apis. Please run net-test from the machine while it is showing offline, and post the results here
can you guide how to run net-test
if youre on the same network, you can go to the ip address:4200, or click on the ip on the dashboard, or remote access menu → web shell
login with default username / password of user / 1
then type net-test
if any of the current apis are showing offline, you can switch to one that is online under the mirror url section
then set and reboot if needed.
