I used to mine at 42 mhs at ethash algo until this morning. I didnt change any setting but my ethash, kawpow and atolykos algo hashrates lost %50 performance and card is not passing 105 - 110 watt. I think my card lost its unlock-abilty 
My other nvidia cards are fine

I can say that is not hardware related problem because Flux hashrate is not affected, card is still mining %100 (50 mhs) and powerdraw is 170 - 180 watt
I tried old and new driver versions and different miners. Nothing has changed
