I have 10 3060 TI LHR cards bought 7 monhts ago there was no problem but last week my 4 cards fan drops zero, hashrate drops to 20 MH. I send them to warranty and my fifth card doing same.

Flash latest stable image of hive, you’re on an image from last year.
Lower mem clock and reboot until stable for the problem card.
Yep that’s it, you’ll need to update to the latest software version after flashing, but that image will get you on the latest kernel
