MSI GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GAMING X Ampere Graphics Card

Guys (n Dolls!) - going mad here - received a new card today to add to my exist rig -
Originally it had 2x MSI GeForce RTX 3060 12GB Trio cards
I then added a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12GB Duo Card without any config changes and Hive OS picked it no problem -
Today however is a different story - added the new MSI GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GAMING X Ampere Graphics Card - not recognised by HiveOS but I can see it in the BIOS -
What am I doing wrong - why is it not being picked up in the same as the last?
Any help appreciated - thank you

Does anything show up in hive? Device 2487 or similiar? Are you on the latest hive image? Latest drivers? Latest bios etc?

Hi Again…
The image I’m on currently is 0.6-203@210526
It is prompting an update to 0.6-212@211208
However, I’m mining lolMiner in order to unlock the highest potential hash rate fir the RTX3060, so reluctant to update without doing a little research to ensure the configuration will continue to work :grinning: I was getting 108.02 MH/s across the original 3 cards.

I’m now away from the rig with the added inconvenience of my Internet connection being down today so remote access is not currently working.

Hi I managed to resolve the problem.

Firstly the rig not booting with the new card actually brought my home network down. Removing the the new card allowed the rig to boot.

Updating the HiveOS didn’t effect the existing configuration or hash rate but also didn’t resolve the issue. Same problems.

However, updating the Nvidia drivers to the latest version did resolve the issue with the rig booting & new card being recognised also without effecting the hash rate which is around 35MH/s for each card.
