MSI 3080 TI not detected

I can’t seem to get HiveOs to detect my 3080 TI. I have tried updating HiveOs to the newest version, my motherboard is the newest bios. I have power to the gpu, the riser is powered. I have switched out the riser for a known good riser. Looking for suggestions.
