I set up a test build yesterday with my 2060s FE and MSI 5500XT, both cards were recognized, I am not using a riser(yet) as it was just to see if I could get both running. The 2060 seemed to run when I had started to mine but the 5500xt was showing as 0% which I’m assuming is the utilization. I’m very new and ignorant to this so anything would be helpful. I’m using phoenix miner which shows you can use both AMD and Nvdia.
I had updated my BIOS, and changed my settings in bios.
PCIe Link Speed = Gen2
4G decoding = Enabled
CSM Support = Disabled
That seemed to have worked out for me
