Mining ETC, online but with problems, low hash rate message

You mean remove all fields values, just start with core clock like 500, will it break the GPUs?

Since other fields will be empty.

And then start filling out other fields like core voltage, and others?

500 is probably too low, maybe around 900 or 1000, then work in your voltages. it wont mess anything up, but could run warm depending on your airlfow setup until you finish setting voltages

I tried different things, and I have now 2 flight sheets, for ETC and another RVN.

I removed all the settings in OC and just placed value in core clock, and with both flight sheets it briefly goes online with no hash rate then it goes offline, and with ETC flight sheet it does not even show any errors just reboots after a few minutes but with RVN it shows error, I attached a picture. Very frustrating! I am willing to pay like $50 per hour for remote screen sharing, maybe you can login into my PC while miner in on. Let me know, thanks.

trex doesnt support amd gpus, try teamredminer, lolminer, nbminer etc.

Hi, I tried many different settings, finally I got system to be stable, however, I get no hash rate N/A, I attached pictures, core clock: 1000, memory clock: 2500, everything else I left empty, except: advanced configuration: “amdmemtweak --REF 20”. Can you suggest what exactly should I modify or add, thanks so much. Best regards.

2500 is likely too much, set to 0 and make sure it works first, then work your way up, memory tweaks will vary by gpu memory type and bios.

what does the miner log show now?

I have clock core: 1100, everything else is empty in settings. I tried to put from 800 to 1500, still the same, miner boots and everything is fine and the last message: “Staring to mine” and then it reboots and shows no hash rate N/A still. I tried different flight sheets still the same.

Get back, thanks.

4gb of ram could be your issue, what does the miner log show?

I attached a picture, at last it said “Start Mining…” When I opened the case there was not an easy access to RAM or processor. I have to ask the seller, he sells hardware. It is DD3, I have at home 4X4 GB of RAM DDR3. Let me know how much RAM is needed.

Get back, thanks.

Can you try some other miners and post their miner output, like teamredminer and srbminer

Hi, I tried ETC coin with red team miner and SRB M

iner and the system reboots. And also, RVN coin with red team miner, reboots as well. However, RVN coin with SRB Miner does not reboot but some kind of pool error (hive ON pool). I attached 4 pictures/ Let me know thanks.

What does teamredminer show after this? My best guess is the 4gb of ram causing issues.

I have tested again, and the screen goes blank, and miner reboots like in 5 minutes, and then does the same. I attached a picture, so should I upgrade RAM only or put faster processor as well? Let me know thanks.

what overclocks and voltages do you have set now?

Core Clock 1100, fan 65, everything else blank.

Let me know…

should be fine with those. might be worth removing all but 1 gpu and getting that to work first, then add and check

Hi, I tried to remove all core clock, but only left First GPU core clock 1100, log reboots after says ready to mine…, and then I tried to remove even this first GPU, and it does the same. reboots after says start mining, it was with RVN and ETC coins. Should I reinstall everything and do hive replace again, see if it fixes? Are you sure is to install

https://download.hiveos.farm/history/[email protected]

or latest version??? And then: still by running this: hive-replace -l=8 -y ??? Or should I add just add more RAM and better processor? I attached a picture, after that the system goes blank.

Let me know, thanks.

yes that is the correct image you want to be on, you can try reflashing if you wish just in case something was corrupted. that image is still number 8 in the

hive-replace --list

so that is the correct command still.

if you have direct access to the rig, and after reflashing/removing all OC values besides core clock still doesnt work, i would try removing all gpus except one, and see if it behaves the same. if you have more ram/better cpu i would add that in right away as well.

Ok, will let you know, as soon as I make changes…
