Made USDC payment via binance network on 2/20, but my balance doesn't reflect it

Hi all,

I made a USDC payment to top up my account balance on 2/20/21, while my account was still (barely) in the positive. I happened to check in today and my account it negative, and locked. I’ve confirmed that the transaction went through on block 15431522. If needed I can supply a transaction ID. Found the Contact info on the hiveon homepage (strangely not in any of the hiveos.farm pages, that I can see, strange), but if there’s something else I can/should be doing to expedite this I’d appreciate the community’s wisdom!
