Please Help am getting low ratio in my rig. how to resolve it please teach me step by step.

Hi, could it be bad internet connection? I am using a 4G modem and sometimes I could see the red arrow pointing down stating “low ratio”, but it only happens in one rig, the most powerful one, the other rigs look fine but are not so powerful mining, so perhaps bandwith is low for the hashrate.
