Low Hashrate on 1 card

Hello HiveOs Fiends,
I have an issue with one card, it not consistently this one card but it appear to be just 1 card in my setup getting low hashrate. I have tweaked the voltage, turned off extreme undervolting, and on, changed OC settings, it just seems that one card is “special”. It is usually the AMD 5500xt that does this.

Any input would be appreciate, if I need to provide additional information please let me know. Sincerely appreciate it!

I have same with 3070 TI I notice that is always in the same position, no mater de connection order in the motherboard, in HiveOs always is the same position with log hash
