Low hashrate of RTX 3070TI ASUS

Hi,
Has anyone struggled with a situation where one of the cards (in my case, the 3070ti Asus) does not exceed 50mh / s and 150 / 160w?
I have no idea what could be wrong.
I tried replacing the riser, changing the miner, OC settings, but all to no avail.
Memory temperature not higher than 90 °, usually within 85

If you run nvidia-smi -q does is show any active throttling?

Have you tried with a lower memory clock?
