I’m new to the mining world, I’ve started mining with a MSI RTX 3060. I got someone that overclocked my GPU and hive is throwing a 39 - 40 Mh/s. But it has an acceptance ratio of 80% - 95%. Is it normal?

this is a small sample size in the pictures you uploaded but still you get rejected shares very soon after starting to mine. that indicates improper OC mostly.
another probable setting for this card is core clock 1300 and mem 2400.
