Large difference between junction temp and memory temp (high memory temp)

I have a small mining rig and i see a high memory temp for 1 card: 3070ti Tuf gaming

When i look into the miner logs, i see a big difference between junction temp and memory temp:

The GPU3 card is the 3070ti TUF Gaming. The other 2 are INNO3D cards (2 sloth cards). I expected the TUF gaming card to have much better cooling, since this is a larger cooler (2.7 sloths).

Does this mean GPU3 has bad thermal pads? What can be done to improve cooling? Or is this in ok range?

You still have a bit of fan speed left before you should worry about doing pads imo. But yes, upgraded pads will fix that
