Issues with Hiveon pool

Hello,

I am using Hiveon pool for mining. One issue, I observe is that when my miner reboots for errors, Hiveon pool stops reporting my hash. On the console of Hiveos, I still see that miner is receiving the shares and processing. I tried multiple miners, but see the same issue. I believe something is not right. Did anyone face this issue?

This issue is annoying. When miner reboots, hiveon pool is not reporting the received hash. I need to power cycle whole rig to get back online again. I am loosing mining for few hours at a time.
