Issue adding second Vega 56

I’m running my rig with 1 vega 56, Samsung HBM2 from ASRock and it’s stable at 49.90MH, probably a little bit hot

The rig is stable and was running without issue for 24 hours.

Now I added a second Vega 56, from Sapphire, same OC and tweak.
Both are at 49.xx MH, but after a few minutes the original ASRock is getting very hot and went disabled.

heres the infos: first only the ASRock, the OC and tweak and last both Sapphire and ASRock

Any idea about that? Nothing changed, just a second Sapphire added and the first ASRock going hot quickly, why?

I’m running RTM, lates and the OC and tweak was from the tuning guida (teamredminer/ETHASH_TUNING_GUIDE.txt at master · todxx/teamredminer · GitHub)

Set a manual fan speed and see if it keeps mining.
