I set up a IP Whitelist on my account didn’t know it would blacklist any other ip address. And since i don’t have a static ip, my ip address changed. I can’t log in to my account. Sent a mail to [email protected] but it’s been a day, they didn’t message back.
For those who experiencing the same issue;
Send an e-mail to [email protected] with information of:
Wallet address(main if more than one)
Last Access IP address
Last access time
New current ip address
Information about first two ones are obligatory (rig name and wallet). Send only one mail with all the information, don’t try to add the ones you forgot with reply mails they wont check replies (at least in my experience).
