reinstalled latest nvidia linx driver and updated HiveOS / Rebooted
those are typically from risers, if you’re using one, try installing directly on the motherboard instead
I had a Geforce 1060 on thee and it was fine
I cant put it directly on the MB because its a three fan unit and not enough room
I will try a different riser different make
