What clocks are you using?
Im using cc 1000 mc 1500
I try cc 500 and mc 1000 or 2000 but same 33mhs
Use a locked core clock, whatever gets the best result, probably closer to 1100mhz or so but you’ll need to test. 500mhz core is too low for sure, 1000 is likely a bit low as well. The goal finding the lowest clock that gets full hashrate.
