I can't change FAN SPEED %

I can’t change Fan Speed of my 3070.
Other people say its danger using fan speed below 60%. It’s true?

I put in overclocking 65% fan, but nothing happen.
Now my GPU is 68º and fan 48%.

I’m using Ethermine + PhoenixMiner

I think you can change it by clicking in the overclock section and change it to 80%

Also make sure to refresh the page after doing this. It make take a min or two to display in the dashboard.
