Huge latency on accepted shares - Hiveon EU - Gap between mean/reported

Hey guys, kinda new miner here, built my first rig 10 days ago and still figuring things out.
My mean hashrate is WAY lower than reported hashrate, is that a problem, which one is taken into account by the pool ?
I think the connection might be the issue, though I do not understand why. I have around 1-1.5% stale shares so that doesn’t seem to be the problem.

I do not understand the huge latency in accepted shares, since when I ping the server it seems fine. I have to add that not all shares have that much latency, lots of them have 20-40ms.
Here is the result on the pool :

The difference is huge, 50 Mh is a 15% difference on my small farm.
Can one of you explain to me what I am supposed to do ?

If needed, here is my farm and OC. I do not believe it is an aggressive OC but you tell me ! A few days ago the mean/reported was fine with almost the same OC, but I added GPUs and changed my rig set up since then.
