hi there please can someone help me. Ever since i updated to the latest hiveos, i am having non stop issues. I managed to downgrade and get my cards recognised again and semi working.
But now i am getting http daemon failed to start on xmr stak. and it hangs the rig where its non responsive.
please can someone help me, what is the http daemon? i am using the same config file from before when it was working

heyyyy I actually seem to have figured this out. I thought Id share my solution!!
So this error [ HTTP Daemon failed to start ] is an error of an old version of something called xmrrig!! See here: HTTP Daemon failed to start · Issue #499 · xmrig/xmrig · GitHub
So basically I figured out to solve that you need to change the miner you are using. My Hiveos is down right now to lookup the correct words. But I was mining using something called xrmstak. Or something. there were other options, some other options gave me errors. But one other option called Cryptohegde or what not. Worked, withtout errors. When my hiveos dashboard comes back (I guess theyre having an issue right now) Ill tell you what it was exactly with the right words!!
